Accessibility
DPC Members have direct, timely access to their physician, including same day office and telehealth visits for urgent or new concerns. Communication is available by phone, text, email, video or in-person.
House-calls and nursing home visits are available (see FAQ for more details).
Time
Our care model allows for extended, unrushed visits in a relaxed setting. This provides the time needed for thorough assessment, patient questions, and the development of individualized treatment plans based on a comprehensive understanding of your health.
