Comprehensive Medical Consultation

We offer Comprehensive medical consultations along with Physician-Performed Integrative treatments. A Direct Primary Care membership is not required.

Initial Consultation:

• 60 minute comprehensive health evaluation, in-person or via telehealth, addressing acute and chronic medical concerns

• Personalized treatment recommendations which may include medications, physician-performed Integrative treatments, botanicals, and supplements

• Physician-Performed Integrative treatments available at additional cost

• Lifestyle counseling, self-care guidance and mind-body practices

• Lab testing available when indicated*

Follow-up Consultation:

• 30 minute follow up appointment, in-person or via telehealth (without Integrative treatment)

• Adjustment of personalized treatment recommendations as clinically indicated

• Physician-Performed Integrative treatments available at additional cost

• Follow-up lab testing when indicated*
